Terms of Service
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between 239TECH LLC, a Florida limited liability company trading as Carferrals, and the dealership subscribing to the service. Subscribing means accepting them.
What we do, and what we are not
We find vehicles for sale by private owners in Lee and Collier Counties, Florida and refer them to subscribing dealerships. When a seller agrees to be connected to local dealers, we pass their contact details to the dealership that asks for them.
We are a sourcing service. We are not a motor vehicle dealer, broker or auction, we do not take possession of any vehicle, and we are not a party to any sale you go on to make. We do not inspect, appraise, test, or verify the condition, mileage, title status or ownership of any vehicle, and nothing we send you is a representation that a vehicle is as described or that the seller has the right to sell it. Every purchase decision, and all due diligence, is yours.
Your account
An account belongs to one dealership. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for what is done through your account, including by your staff. Tell us at hello@carferrals.com if you believe someone else has access to it.
Subscription and leads
- The subscription is $500 per month and includes 10 leads per billing period.
- Viewing vehicles we have matched to you is free and unlimited. A lead is spent only when you claim a seller's contact details.
- Unused leads do not carry over to the next billing period.
- Prices may change, but never for a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a change takes effect.
Your free leads
A new dealership’s first 2 leads are free. The trial period lasts up to 14 days; it ends when those leads are used or when the 14 days are up, whichever happens first. You can choose to end the trial early and start your subscription immediately, which charges the card on file at that moment and unlocks the full monthly allowance.
Adding a card is required to start. You are not charged until the trial ends.
Contacting sellers
This is the part of these terms that matters most, because it protects a private individual who agreed to hear from you.
When you claim a lead, you agree that:
- You will contact the seller only about acquiring that vehicle.
- You will not add them to a marketing list, send them promotional messages, or contact them about anything else.
- You will comply with all laws that apply to contacting them, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act.
- You will not sell, share, publish or otherwise pass their details to anyone else.
- You will stop contacting them if they ask you to.
A seller consents to being connected to local dealerships, not to being marketed to. Breaching this section is grounds for us ending your subscription immediately.
Using the service itself
Your account is for your dealership. Do not share access, resell the service, or extract our listings in bulk by any automated means.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time, and there is no minimum term. How cancellation and refunds work is set out in full on our refunds and cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee any particular number of matching vehicles, that a seller will respond, or that a vehicle is still available. Supply depends on what is genuinely for sale near you.
The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why. If we end your account for a reason other than a breach by you, we will refund the unused remainder of the period you have paid for.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email the address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Lee County, Florida are the venue for any dispute.
